This class will welcome you into and create connection with your body and breath. A beautiful balance of functional strength building and increasing flexibility. This class will offer many classic yoga poses guided by purposeful intention & the balance of your own breath. By letting go of distractions and showing up for yourself, you’ll find a sense of ease and heightened energy within and all around you.
This class is designed for all levels - there is a place and a shape for everyone.
* Bring a mat, water, and possibly a blanket and blocks. Dress in layers.
This Yin inspired class offers space and time to deeply reconnect with your body, while calming your mind as you surrender to the natural flow of your breath. We use functional movement to warm up and build awareness in specific areas of the body which will allow our thoughts to slow as we create space for stillness to land & then soften & restore in extended holds (3-5 minutes)
We will focus on the areas in our body that tend to carry the most tension. This is a great way to unwind, release, heal and recenter.
This class is designed for all levels - there is a place and a shape for everyone.
*Bring a mat, water and a blanket/beach towel, pillow/bolster, blocks, and a strap/belt. Dress in layers to stay warm when we are still.
This class focuses on bringing awareness and power to the center of our strength, while maintaining the fluidity of our breath and movements. Challenging transitions will carry us from shape to shape creating a deeper and stronger mind-body-spirit connection. This class includes portions of body strengthening movements in combination with classic yoga postures. We will also find time to pause in more restorative postures to to unravel, rinse and ring out everything that we worked.
This class is designed for all levels - there are variations for everyone.

In this class I incorporate Xtend Barre, yoga, HIIT, as well as the many other fitness platforms that I have taught and participated in over the years.
This is a concise & thorough 30 min. workout that focuses on burn out blasts targeting the core, legs, glutes, arms, chest, and shoulders. These intense 20 to 30 second sprints, followed by 10 seconds of rest, allow for the opportunity to burn up to 450 calories in the session as well increasing your metabolism throughout the rest of the day.
No matter what your current level of fitness is, I will offer fat burning & muscle sculpting variations for all levels. We will end each class with a specifically designed 10 min. stretch sequence focusing on the muscle groups worked that you can stay for or not.
